We went through the usual Mumbai picnic spot list: Juhu and Versova beaches, Sanjay Gandhi National Park, Powai Lake, and the city’s botanical gardens. How to Reach Water Kingdom?

- By Ferry: Once you reach Gorai Creek, a ferry ride will take you directly to Water Kingdom.
- By Metro: Metro Line 7 also connects to Borivali. From there, it is around a 10 to 15-minute auto ride to reach the entrance.
- By Bus: Several ‘BEST’ buses operate towards Borivali, with routes such as 203, 204, and 700. Seasonal direct buses to Water Kingdom also operate during peak days, subject to availability and ticketing.
