- Location: Water Kingdom, Borivali, Mumbai
- Experience Required: 5–11 years (Min. 2–3 years handling blue-collar workforce)
- Working Days: 6 Days Working
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bulk hiring and workforce planning for blue-collar roles
- Handle seasonal and high-volume recruitment requirements
- Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and training processes
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and R&R programs
- Handle employee grievances and improve satisfaction levels
- Support performance management and review processes
- Identify training needs and coordinate L&D initiatives
- Assist in compensation structuring and manage employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, wages, etc.) and audits
- Implement HR processes, maintain MIS, and support HR projects
- Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant field
- 5–8 years of experience, with at least 2–3 years managing blue-collar workforce
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in hospitality, facility management, or service industry preferred
