Mr. Shirish Deshpande
CEO

Mr. Deshpande has vast experience in the field of Sales and Marketing and is a well known figure in the entertainment and amusement industry.

He has been earlier associated with companies such as Kodak and Milton Plastics Ltd. Moving ahead with this illustrious career he then joined EsselWorld in the year 1997 where he was appointed as Deputy General Manager and within a short span got promoted to Vice President - Sales and Marketing in 2005. He was instrumental in the launch of Water Kingdom in 1999. Later he joined Oberoi group of hotels as Director Sales.

After a stint with the Hotel and Service Industry, he resumed services with EsselWorld and Water Kingdom in 2008 to handle key service areas and manage the affairs as the CEO.

His vision is to take EsselWorld and Water Kingdom at par to an international amusement park and offer a complete family getaway solution to customers.

 

Mr. Damodar Balduwa
CFO

Chartered Accountant by profession and Company Secretary, Mr. Balduwa has more than 15 years of work experience in the field of Accounting, Taxation, Finance & Strategic Business Planning.

He also heads finance function of our other group company - M/S Aqualand India Limited.

 

Flt. Lt. Anand Lamdhade
VP – Operations & COO

At a young age of 39 years, Mr. Lamdhade has many accolades in his 16 years of dedicated and unparallel service to the Essel Group which won him his eminent position as Chief Operating Operations at Flagship brand EsselWorld / Water Kingdom. As one of the contributing member of IAAPI (Indian Association of Amusement Parks and Industries), Mr. Lamdhade is a versatile and eloquent speaker. He has represented the company on various occasions namely National and International seminars, Trade Fairs and appeared in leading Media Channels.

A pleasing personality with a vast insight of the industry, Mr. Lamdhade is committed to his roles and responsibilities that include group operations, maintenance, projects and marketing assignments and others. He also abides by the group’s mission to redefine the traditional means of entertainment and above all meet the fast changing consumer needs for entertainment. Mr. Anand has qualification of a Post Graduate in Science along with specialization in Marketing from Mumbai University.

Mr. Bhushan Motiani
Head – Marketing & Sales

Mr. Motiani offers a wealth of marketing management practices to his counterparts, having national and international exposure. He carries a decade of experience with him and has set several benchmarks in the arena of marketing, business development, promoting products using ATL & BTL strategies and analyzing market trends to mention a few.

He pursued his Masters degree in the field of Management studies from the University of Mumbai in 1998 and began his marketing career in Information Technology at a time when its was booming in the country.

Mr. Motiani started working for EsselWorld in 2003. Having a strong understanding of the nuances of marketing, he explored a wider spectrum of marketing services for the Essel group including ATL / BTL marketing, E-marketing, Market research, Strategic alliances, Product promotions and successfully re-launched the new EsselWorld with a bold tag line – ‘It’s your World’ leading to an increased footfalls in the park and new image for Essel World
