Why children are
not allowed on Zyclone Ride?
As a safety tip,
the manufacturer of the ride strongly
recommends the ride for guests above 4’
6” as the lap bars, shoulder bars, belts,
leg space, hand holding space, the required
resistance to dynamic motion by legs/
hands, etc. is linked to body mass and
bone development. Hence, the height criteria.
How many thrill
rides are there in your park?
All rides have
different and peculiar thrill factor.
- For adults: High thrill motion rides
are Zyclone, Rainbow, Thunder, Enterprise,
Aqua dive, Rock n roll, Slippery Sultan,
Hoola Loop, Slam Bob and Super Tele
Combat.
- For children: High thrill rides
includes Big Apple, Mini Tele Combat,
Happy Sky, Rio Grand Train, Yard Train
and Convoy Track.
Why self-driving
is not allowed to the Guest below 4’ 6”
height at Sr. Dodgem / Sr. Bumpem?
This rule is followed
strictly keeping safety of our guests
in mind; as child below the required height
can not reach to the accelerator cum break
peddle. There are also fare chances that
kids can get hurt due to bumps & jerks.
However guests below 4.6 up to 3.3 ft
are allowed in Jr. Dodgem / Jr. Bumpem.
Why guests are not
recommended to seat on circular motion
rides like Monster, Thunder, Rock n roll,
etc. after lunch / snacks?
Guests are advised
not to take motion rides immediately after
in order to avoid vomiting & motion sickness.
Why some of the
rides are not covered / shaded?
It’s not possible
to cover some of the rides because of
their specific design and up & down movements.
Why children are
not allowed on Rainbow Ride?
SAFETY FIRST! This
ride is recommended for the guests above
4’. 6” as the gondola’s safety bar can
not hold guests below 4’ 6” height.
Why adults are not
allowed on Big Apple ride?
Guests Above 4’
6” height can not sit comfortably in the
ride as this ride is specifically designed
for kids.
Why it is suggested
to remove valuable things on some of the
rides?
Some of the rides
like thunder, enterprise, Rock n roll
etc. rotates 360 degree. Keeping in mind
the possibilities of loss of valuables
due to falling off or slipping off from
pockets / body parts, it is recommended
to avoid carrying valuables on the rides.
Why six persons
are required for each car in Aqua Dive?
Please note that
to complete a smooth ride, we require
minimum load / weight in each car so as
to avoid car stopping in between water
pond after the impact with pool water
and the required speed to cross upward
slope after the pool.
Why wet person is
not allowed in Slippery Sultan?
It is designed
as a DRY surface slide. Fiber surface
of the ride becomes more slippery & speedy
when comes in contact of water; therefore
wet guests are not allowed to enjoy the
ride.
Do we allow repeat
ride to the guests?
If there is no
queue, the guest can enjoy the ride again.
But in case of queue we request the guest
to join the queue again.
How many Adult,
Family & Children Rides are in the park?

– 16 / Children – 14 / Kids - 2. Total
43 rides are there in the park including
coin games.
How many entrance
points do you have in EsselWorld?
There are 2 entrance
gates in EsselWorld. One via ferryboat
& the other one is by road via Bhayander.
Where is information
center in the park?
You will get all
information from GR Counters at all the
entrances of the parks & big glow guide
maps are installed at every junction of
the park for guest’s convenience.

Prabal - the Killer
is an original INS Navy ship, Commissioned
in 1976, made in Russia & Decommissioned
in 1999. She has played very vital role
in INDO-PAK war in 1971.

Robot show is near
control tower & there is a show after
every 1 Hr. for 30 minutes.

Dadi corner opposite Rainbow ride and

Yes, there is a

only air-conditioned zone in the park.

Why is ticket rates
based on height?
All the Rides at
EsselWorld are based on height and divided
in separate categories accordingly. Therefore,
park ticket rates are based on the number
of rides offered to each Heights / category.
Why are outside
eatables not permitted inside the park?
Outside eatables
are strictly prohibited inside the park
to maintain cleanliness & proper hygiene
inside the Park. However, we do permit
our guests to eat their food in picnic
area, near the entrance. Infant’s food
is allowed.
Why Sr. Citizen’s
age proof is required?
We are required
to maintain all the records of age proof
of Sr. Citizen to produce the same to
entertainment department.
Why passport offer
is not transferable & why photograph is
compulsory?
This is a computer
generated scheme & is not transferable.
We insist on photograph to tally the record
& to avoid manipulations.
Why are games at
Riki’s Rocking Alley, Arctic Circle &
Cricket charged separately?
Riki’s Rocking
Alley, Arctic Circle and Cricket are independent
facilities for guest choice and are coin
operated games. Hence, they are not included
in one-day package charge.
How many routes
do you have to come to the park?
There are 3 routes
to come to EsselWorld:
- Via Bhayander road which is linked
to EsselWorld.
- Via Gorai (Borivali) ferry to EsselWorld.
- Via Marve (Malad) ferry to EsselWorld.
When was EsselWorld
started?
EsselWorld came
into existence on 24th December 1990.
Is there a common
ferry for EsselWorld as well as Water
Kingdom?
Yes, the same ferry
will take you to EsselWorld and Water
Kingdom.
Is this a return
ticket for the ferry?
Yes.
Is there any half-ferry
ticket rate for kids?
No, there are no
full & half charges for ferry tickets.
It’s a flat rate applicable to all, who
are above 3' 3'' in height.
How much time does
it take to reach the park from Gorai Creek
(Borivali)?
12-15 minutes if
there’s high tide & 15-20 minutes if there’s
low tide.
What is the frequency
of ferries?
Gorai to Park and
vice-versa: Every 15 minutes.
Marve to Park and vice-versa: Every 30
minutes.
Why there is a difference
in frequency of Gorai & Marve ferries?
- Distance is the main reason. Marve
takes 01 hour for a return journey,
whereas, Gorai takes 35-40 minutes
for a return trip.
- More guests come from Borivali;
hence more ferries are deployed there.
When is your last
ferry?
We have ferries
operational till last guest’s leaves the
park.
Can we use the same
ticket for Marve also?
Yes.
Are these ferries
SAFE?
Yes! We do all
prescribed periodic maintenance and do
upkeep of ferries. Also, experienced &
qualified crew is operating these ferries.
What is the capacity
of the ferry?
We have 8 ferries
of different sizes. The capacity depends
on the size of the ferry.
Why does the area
near Gorai Creek stink so badly?
Due to nearby dumping
ground, city’s sewerage water being emptied
here and the dumping by all citizens.
How many hours does
it take to enjoy the whole park?
It depends on person
to person. But single visit to each ride
takes around 4 hours on weekends and around
3 hours during weekdays. The duration
is slightly more in seasons.
Do you have baggage
counter in EsselWorld?
Yes. Baggage counters
are available at all the entrances at
a nominal charges of Rs.20/-.
Do you allow baby
food inside the park?
Yes. Food for infants
is allowed inside the park.
What is the rate
if we don't want to enjoy the rides?
This is the entry
ticket rate & all rides are absolutely
free inside, other than coin games.
Can we visit comfortably
both the parks in one day?
Yes. For enjoying
both the parks in one day you can buy
a combined ticket from the ticketing counter.
How many ticketing
counters are there at EsselWorld?
There are 6 Ticketing
counters for people coming via ferry and
3 ticketing counters for people coming
via road.
